近幾年吃遍了以台北縣市為主的日式拉麵、沾麵超過60家拉麵四大基本口味：豚骨、醬油、鹽味、味增其中豚骨拉麵，在台灣以豚骨家為最佳代表！在日本當地品嚐到一些豚骨拉麵店家甚至都還比不上豚骨家呢！南部的拉麵族可真是幸福.....

以前每個禮拜都去西湖排隊搬去台南時真的很不習慣超愛豚骨湯頭..叉燒軟嫩入味.. 搭配鐵絲級硬麵.. 真的是無法忘懷的味道！！！去到台南吃時..被店員認出來.. 覺得好感動！！！
