跟印象中的蔴薏很不同，我家的吃法是加小魚乾或秋葵、跟番薯涼涼的吃。這家店傳統結合新意把麻薏製成飲茶，感覺很像台灣味的抹茶(跟抹茶還是不同，但實在找不出其他相似的形容)。我覺得發展台中地方特色，老東西有了新意和包裝，使它不僅僅是時代歷史還可以更往前，是不錯的事。店鋪環境也是新舊交替的痕跡，既舒服又有人文美感。
