披薩屬道地義式薄皮,加上鋪設在餅皮上新鮮且不膩的餡料,餅皮不焦不油卻鬆軟的像少女酥胸,唯一的缺點就是因為現烤的儘量內用,外帶的話車內不要食用,會分心影響用路人安全。

主廚特餐-紅酒燉牛肉,在主廚的巧手之下,用香氣十足的紅酒,精緻慢燉把牛肉燉煮的非常入味,連我女兒吃了都說超級好吃。披薩的手拍脆皮搭配豐富的新鮮用料吃起來只能用一個形容詞“真是太美味了”,就算吃到最後只剩麵皮,不用搭配餡料,單吃麵餅皮也能感受到義大利主廚的用心,經長時間慢慢的自然發酵麵團,讓披薩麵餅皮好吃好消化。吃多一點也不怕難消化或脹氣。讚啦!
