Place opens at 3pm, Google has it wrong as of August 2018. Super nice staff, the owner and the young lady are both extremely helpful and polite. Shishas can be improved with better equipment, larger coal holder part, and maybe better tobacco for stronger flavors, tried melon mint it was light. Specialty selection is from Starbuzz and banana is the strongest flavor. Craft beer selection is also quite good. Definitely get the snack mix especially the Turkish figs and apricots, they are served warm! Shisha prices are unbeatable in Taiwan. One vital suggestion: desperately need ventilation from inside out.
