假日傍晚到訪，與女友初次來澤用膳。因為初次造訪，對於點餐部分稍微徬徨，聽了店員小哥的建議點了600元的無菜單料理，女友則額外補充菜單自己想吃的料理。 600塊的無菜單料理讓我十分驚豔，新鮮現做的料理，簡單樸素的料理手法更顯食材本身的美味，每一道餐點都看出店家的用心。在現代生活中，由於忙碌工作而選擇外食的我們總是吃得太多、太複雜。今天在澤享用的一餐，我對店家致以我的敬重和滿滿感謝。「春至陋室中，無一物中萬物足」如同我今天的心情，簡單 - 滿足。
