蔬桌

今天三個人來吃，菜單好多東西而且每個餐點份量都超級多，最後還要外帶哈哈 豆乳白鍋的湯頭很好喝，真的有像牛奶鍋，加點的烏龍麵很有彈性、釜飯很香還有烘（蛋）豆腐真的很好吃！ 最讓人驚艷的是甜點，水果千層派超大一個，裡面的卡士達醬是純素的非常神奇，冰淇淋真的是我吃過最好吃的純素冰淇淋，很像以前吃的香草冰淇淋，雖然是用豆奶做的，卻沒有豆漿味，取而代之的是濃濃的香草味。 最後老闆還親自說明所有的食材、醬料都是自己做的、非加工的，也分享了他對餐廳的願景，從他的經營理念、餐點創意可以感受到他想要改變台灣對素食的刻板印象的決心！下次還要再來嘗試今天沒吃到的，還有再找一個禮拜五來蔬桌小酌！ VegeTable is one of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to in Taiwan. The food tastes great and the portion is big. We ordered 2 soymilk hotpots (which tastes very much like real milk hotpot), veggie rice bowl, stewed potato and baked tofu (which is supposed to resemble eggs and it does). Desserts were the best part. The fruit pie was very big and tasty. My favorite was the soymilk ice cream as it didn't taste like soymilk product, instead, it tastes just like real ice cream made with milk. (If you are vegan you know how hard it is to find something like this. haha). I believe the selection of food and the taste of it are very important when it comes to choosing a restaurant; however, what really makes me wanna come visit VegeTable again is the hospitality of the owner and his vision for changing the stereotype of vegetarianism and veganism in Taiwan. Thank you for being a part of the change! :)

第二次去吃，餐點改成套餐式的型式，餐點上桌的時候，滿滿的一盤用看的就覺得很滿足，一份餐點包含主餐、湯、天婦羅、沙拉及三份小菜，顏色豐富，擺盤細緻，相對過往單點式可能會讓人覺得單調，我個人很愛這樣套餐組合的餐點，依照餐點，有的還會附一碗粒粒飽滿的五穀飯，吃完整個「嗝~」，但是因為沒有多餘的調味，吃完會是舒服的飽足感，另外，水果千層派真的必點，超好吃!!!
