高雄最好吃的美式牛肉堡，沒有之一，大推8盎司牛肉 The best burger i have ever tasted in Kaohsiung.

我心中的高雄第一名漢堡！！！澳洲牛的肉味足，草飼的牛肉味很香，澳牛難的是在他的油脂不像美牛豐富，所以處理不好易乾柴。但店家挑過部位吧，處理的很好，肉有點Q彈也有肉汁，且不過渡調味，只加鹽，其餘就讓配角：醬料來表現。今天吃花生很驚豔，有顆粒的花生醬微微有溫度散發的堅果香很濃，搭上炒過微焦香的洋蔥有甜度，mix起來的味道很特殊也好吃，跟外面ㄧ般都吃得到的大同小異的花生堡完全不一樣！上次吃的木炭培根堡的醬汁調的也很好吃，單點薯條的自製醬也很吸引人～還好愛吃漢堡google在高雄到處吃吃不到ㄧ間可以的，終於吃到這間第一名，後面根本沒有名次了～
