非常濃郁的湯頭，卻不會有其他家微微微酸苦的餘韻，麵的份量給很足，很好吃，所以吃光光，叉燒肉超級軟，老闆現場切肉切開是粉紅色的，再丟到醬汁鍋去吸醬汁，吸了醬汁的肉完全沒豬腥味，超好吃！加點肉還真加對了！環境衛生又乾淨，超級大推！
