超高水準的omakase! 可以說是我這幾年在台北吃到最好吃的一家店�。Chef 翁 uses about 30 seconds to meticulously prepare each nigiri. One hand prepping the sushi rice, the other hand bringing the fish to body temperature. Magic then happens when he combines both into one piece. #precision #focused worthy if a Michelin �.
