老闆人很親切，但我還是比較喜歡老闆娘，牛肉麵湯頭好不在話下，重點是牛筋牛肚煮的夠軟爛，家中有長輩牙口不好的，吃起來不會有負擔。

湯頭不油不膩是有層次的，清燉的湯頭喝起來順口也溫醇，牛筋吃起來筋性剛好，是個值得一訪再訪的好店��
