幼稚園中班時，爸爸媽媽會帶我去吃，那時還在民生路鐵道旁，後來搬到建國路上店面，最近老闆娘碰到阿母才知道在東興路開店，不囉說馬上衝去吃，米糕的香味和肉燥的香味依舊不變，吃完口齒留香，連兒子也說好吃，算一算也快35年了，口味和呷七碗不同，但這就是老台中的味道

好吃！超好吃的兒時美味！昨天一回到台中就去吃，今天再去吃，並外帶五份回台北。以後回來一樣會再去吃，太好吃了！也謝謝老闆娘居然能認出我小時候就常去民生路鐵道旁吃米糕！

Recommended by a local friend, we really enjoyed the meal there while traveling through Taichung. The migao was moist and the meat sauce was perfectly flavorful. Accompanied by meat balls and sweet potato greens it was the perfect meal.
