We had an incredible meal at 夜月. Located between the Hai'an mountains and the Pacific, 夜月 draws its inspiration and flavors from the rich local produce and sea. Take a walk along the surrounding fields in the daytime and you’ll see just how fresh the fruits and greens are.
For the owner, creating the dinner menu is a whole day’s endeavor and his creativity and consideration really come through. While we tried ingredients we’ve never had before, we were also amazed by his ability to turn familiar ingredients—like a tomato—into something completely unique.
