地獄拉麵的辣麵條的Q 老闆特別用柴火熬的湯頭香濃順口不膩食在厲害旁邊還有準備好可自磨的芝麻跟新鮮蒜頭可以讓你選擇變成ㄧ碗湯頭三種層次好滋味我今天本來吃不完的但老闆講究口味的精神因爲怕我跑去廁所回來麵條Q度跑掉竟然把他煮好的麵倒掉了等我回來才又重新煮過徹底的日本拉麵精神讓我就算肚皮撐也ㄧ定要ㄧ口不剩回敬老闆太棒了真的值得再來

麵的Q度..老闆好厲害;很會掌握;麵的軟硬跟湯度的溫度有關.記得若點Q的一定要靜置幾秒再吃哦;會讓你對Q麵...讚不絕口...
