As I walked the short distance from the train station to my hostel, I stumbled across this great little hole in the wall veggie burger joint! Jane welcomed me in, and hooked me up with the 123 combo consisting of her first burger option, fries, and soy milk tea. The burger was hitting all the right spots, with great buns, fresh veggies, tasteful seasoning/sauce, and a great mushroom meat sub that aggregated all the components into delight with every bite. The fries are also amazing, and after traveling all around taiwan for three months, these are some of my favorite fries on the island. The soymilk tea was also great. I came back twice for different combos and she makes some of the best egg pancakes in taiwan, hands down. Not only is everything delicious & nutritious, but Jane is also very sweet, helpful, and genuinely wants her guests to enjoy their experience. This is the kind of place I want to support because it's unique, and in terms of the high popularity of meat subs that veg restaurants use in taiwan, these are the best I have tasted. Normally I don't like meat subs, but damn these are good. Anyways, there isn't way to rate this place high enough. So go enjoy it for yourself!
