Absolutely delicious. A unique experience. I had a chat with the owner, asked about the ingredients, all natural, no soy sauce added at all, they make their own natural salty sauce from "anchovy", it gives an amazing and distinctively natural flavor. The meat all packed and well preserved.
Cleanliness was top scorer, spotless kitchen, and then upstairs restroom. It is a place you don't have to clean your chopsticks with tissue again.
These are the kind of people you wanna support whom serve you the high quality food. It is very well worth it.
環境乾淨,價格便宜實在,牛肉麵的湯頭香醇,非一般外面吃到的死鹹口味,喝完一大碗也不會感覺口渴,牛肉彈牙軟嫩,個人覺得連牙不好的老人家應該都可以嚼得輕鬆寫意,重點是老闆人很親切古錐~來這吃飯是讓人覺得很開心很舒服的一件事
店裡的食材 醬料 湯頭都是老闆精心調配熬煮的，湯頭很濃郁 肉質鮮美，不放味精與醬油做調味喔！老闆一家人都很親切，讓客人用餐很愉悅~重點是晚來了就吃不到了，因為老闆秉持食材新鮮不隔夜，當天賣完就沒了，跟一般的湯頭很不一樣喔！值得推薦的美食！
