現撈現宰活跳跳的龍膽石斑, 以清淡的鍋物烹調方式,品嘗得到老闆自家精心養殖地的鮮美限量的自養草蝦, 只是簡單的水煮, 味道鮮甜得讓人讚不絕口. 每一位就餐的成員, 都吃得精光,一點都不剩.
