Opted for the Kobe set menu which started with refreshing pickled veggies and a light goma salad. The star of the menu was of course the umami explosion of Kobe beef, but just as impressive was the sweetest and most tender squid I’ve ever had in Taiwan. Set menu finishes off with simple ice cream. Yakiniku isn’t complete without beer, and Niku serves a couple of different kinds on draft (I think they also have sake but it wasn’t on the menu.) Definitely going back to try the different cuts of Kobe.

精選的和牛與雪花腹肉讓人印象深刻，師傅很費力的幫各位把多餘的肉料給修掉，而且不使用過多的醃料處理食材，吃到最後都不會有味覺疲乏的感覺，而櫻桃鴨的肥瘦口感恰到好處，神來一筆的羅勒醬把無骨雞腿演繹的完美，澎湖直送的新鮮中卷把海味放進你嘴裡，如果不吃牛的朋友也沒關係，貼心的無牛菜單讓饕客也能盡興用餐。
