Opted for the Kobe set menu which started with refreshing pickled veggies and a light goma salad. The star of the menu was of course the umami explosion of Kobe beef, but just as impressive was the sweetest and most tender squid I’ve ever had in Taiwan. Set menu finishes off with simple ice cream. Yakiniku isn’t complete without beer, and Niku serves a couple of different kinds on draft (I think they also have sake but it wasn’t on the menu.) Definitely going back to try the different cuts of Kobe.
